I have roasted 1,000's of pounds of Specialty Grade Arabica Coffee from all over the world.
At Jo'sJoe, I will help you pick coffee's that suit your coffee preferences and profile. If you order a 5lb custom roast, you will have a world of coffees to choose from! I will help you choose coffee that is currently available, from socially conscious green coffee providers, who source their coffees ethically. Many of these coffees are from small family farms who produce Single Origin Small Lot offerings or they are from small Community Co-Ops. Both of which make them very unique. Many are one-of-a-kind coffees.
If you choose to purchase a 5lb Custom-Roasted batch of coffee, you can buy the most expensive Specialty Grade Arabica Coffee, or the least expensive one. You can buy Specialty Coffee that is Certified Organic, Fair Trade, FarmeGate, SMBC Bird Friendly, Conventional, Single Origin, Single Estate, or a Co-Op coffee. You can buy an Indonesian, Brazilian, Costa Rican, Guatemalan, Colombian, or Ethiopian coffee, depending on whats available. However, ultimately, the choice is yours.
Your 5lb batch of coffee will be roasted to order in my San Franciscan Drum Small Batch Coffee Roaster. You will have your coffee 1-3 days after the day it is roasted. Shipping your coffee, will extend this time. I will help you research & develop your coffee preference & profile. In addition, I will help you pick a coffee and degree of roast that you will enjoy, order your coffee, roast your coffee to your roast preference, package your coffee. and deliver it for you to pick up at the Farmers Market. I will also keep tract of your coffee choices and alert you when new coffees you may enjoy become available. In addition, I can help you pick coffees your friends & family would enjoy.
