At Jo's Joe, I will assist you in selecting custom-roasted coffee that aligns with your coffee preferences and profile. When you order a 5lb custom roast, you will have an extensive selection of coffees to choose from! I will guide you in selecting coffee that is currently available from socially conscious green coffee providers who ethically source their beans. Many of these coffees come from small family farms that produce Single Origin Small Lot offerings or from small Community Co-Ops, making them truly unique. Many are one-of-a-kind coffees.
Whether you choose to purchase a 5lb Custom-Roasted batch of coffee, you can opt for the most exquisite Specialty Grade or Premium Grade Arabica Coffee, or you can select a more affordable option. You have the choice of Specialty Grade, Certified Organic, Fair Trade, FarmeGate, SMBC Bird Friendly, Conventional, Single Origin, Single Estate, or Co-Op coffee. You can enjoy Indonesian, Brazilian, Costa Rican, Guatemalan, Colombian, or Ethiopian coffee, depending on what’s available. Ultimately, the choice is yours.
Your 5lb batch of coffee will be roasted to order in my San Franciscan Drum Small Batch Coffee Roaster. You will have your custom-roasted coffee ready within 1-3 days after it is roasted. Please note that shipping may extend this timeframe. I will help you research and develop your coffee preference and profile. Additionally, I will assist you in selecting a coffee and degree of roast that you will enjoy, order your coffee, roast it according to your preferences, package it, and ship or deliver it to a local meetup place. I will also keep track of your coffee choices and notify you when new coffees you might enjoy become available. Plus, I can help you choose coffees that your friends and family would love.
